What are my priorities?
Family has always held a special place in my heart. I’ve been happily married for eighteen incredible years, and I count my blessings every day for having found such a sincere and loyal partner. We have three amazing teenagers – two girls, Iman and Hedaya, and a boy, Abdullah – and I cherish them deeply. Embracing fatherhood has been an enriching and fulfilling journey, and I’m grateful for the lessons it has taught me. Through it all, I feel the kindness and guidance of God in my life.
What am I into?
I’ve always been captivated by technology! From the days of the Atari 2600 to the latest iPad, my interest has never waned. I’m an avid gamer, and I used to upgrade my 3D graphics card yearly. Nowadays, my upgrade cycles revolve around Apple products – from my MacBook Pro for work to iOS devices for everything else.
Reading is another passion of mine. I enjoy a diverse range of subjects, including personal development, behavioral economics, advertising, and branding. For a long time, “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” topped my list of favorite books. Currently, Malcolm Gladwell holds the title of my favorite author, with “Outliers” as my top pick. I’m also a big fan of Seth Godin’s blog – his daily dose of profound ideas never fails to inspire. Staying fit is important to me, so I work out regularly. While I used to swim a lot during university, these days, I’ve discovered a passion for running, fueled by the Nike+ app. It keeps me motivated to push myself further and faster with each run!
As a movie enthusiast, I have a long list of favorite actors, including Denzel Washington, Colin Farrell, and Russell Crowe. Some films that have made a lasting impression on me are Gladiator, Shawshank Redemption, and Collateral, but there are countless others I enjoy.
What am I like as a person?
I approach life with passion, striving to make every day meaningful. As a friendly and easygoing individual, I appreciate sincerity and genuine connections. While I’m able to get along with just about everyone, I’m also an introvert at heart. I cherish the company of close friends and family more than large social gatherings.
I get inspired by people who like to think big and believe in abundance. Petty thinking and greed don’t resonate with me. I like to be challenged and crave constant intellectual stimulation. I feel a mind not engaged is not a mind at all.
