With over 3 billion downloads in 18 months the iPhone App Store has changed the game for everyone. For any mobile network operator looking to setup an App Store there are definitely some lessons to learn from Apple. With Orange and Vodafone pursuing this in a big way and with more recent announcements at the Mobile World Congress on a Global App Store Alliance things are getting hotter.
